Order Entry Associate (Temp-to-Hire)Location: Manchester, CT (Onsite)Pay: $2023/hour, based on experienceSchedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM A growing company in the manufacturing industry is seeking an Order Entry Associate to join their team. This is a structured, detail-oriented role focused on entering sales orders and supporting purchasing functions. The position offers a clean, quiet, and professional office environment with long-term potential.Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and process sales orders into the system*
- Assist with creating and managing purchase orders*
- Work closely with the internal sales team to ensure order accuracy and timely processing*
- Maintain organized records and documentation*
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- At least 1 year of data entry experience required*
- Familiarity with purchase orders required*
- Previous administrative and/or customer service experience in a manufacturing environment preferred*
- High school diploma required; Associates degree preferred*
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy*
- Experience with ERP or order entry systems is a plus
