ResponsibilitiesSupport Team members with shipping, equipment preparation, customer support, administrative tasks, and interdepartmental projects. Other duties as assigned.
- This role requires someone who’s organized, proactive, and comfortable wearing many hats in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations smooth and customers happy.
- Serve as backup support for sales specialist when needed.
- Tech savvy
- Must be dependable, adaptable, and solution-oriented.
- Industry experience a plus
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to lift/move up to 20 pounds.
- Must have access to reliable transportation to commute to our office (Tues-Sat)
