Job Description

Shift:

Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Compensation: $20.00 per hour

Hours: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

The salary for this position reflects a variety of factors. We areseekingahighly motivated,detail-orientedprofessionaltosupport project management and act as a liaison between project management,logistics,and clients. This role offers a pathway to becoming a Project Coordinator 2, or a Teamlead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizeclient requestsandprojectdocuments

  • Maintain userdatabaseto ensure project accuracy 

  • Act as a liaison for project needs and provide guidancefor the client

  • Direct client calls and requests to theappropriatedepartment

  • Schedule andinputbottle orders based on client samplingneeds

  • Assistin developing projectobjectives,logistics, and other requirements.

  • Interpret and apply department policies, taking into accountapplicable laws and regulations.

  • Contribute tothe overalldepartment efficiency,effectiveness,and productivity

  • Work collaboratively across departments and adapt to a wide range of responsibilities as business needs evolve.  

Required Background/Experience:

  • Associatesdegreeor higheraplusbut notrequired.

  • 2+ years of customer service experience 

  • Demonstratesprogression of self-management abilities.

  • Microsoft Outlook and basic data entry skills

  • Ability to work independentlyandcollaboratively

  • Strong client and relationship management.

  • Ability to work constructivelyandunder pressure.
