Job Description

Order Fulfillment LeadPay: $1922/hr (+$2/hr weekend shift differential)

Hours: ThursSun, 7:00amFinish (may start as early as 6:00am; based on volume)

Role:Lead daily outbound fulfillment operations, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. Support team members, manage workflow, and drive efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

2+ years warehouse/fulfillment experience, including 1+ year in a lead/supervisory role (3PL preferred)
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead pick/pack/ship associates and assign workloads
Monitor order accuracy, productivity, and KPIs
Resolve fulfillment issues and support process improvements
Familiarity with WMS, RF scanners, and order management systems
Ability to operate warehouse equipment (Order Picker, Forklift, Pallet Jack); training available
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Physical Environment:Warehouse setting with prolonged standing, walking, reaching, and exposure to varying temperatures and noise.
