This role is responsible for managing inventory movement, kitting materials, fulfilling work orders, and ensuring production teams receive the correct materials on time.If you have warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy matters, this Order Fulfillment Specialist opportunity could be a great fit.Required Experience & Skills Experience in inventory, warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling environments REQUIRED Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) Forklift experience required (certification preferred or ability to obtain) Experience with ERP systems preferred(training available) Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy Ability to manage priorities and support production deadlines Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a team-based environmentReliable attendance and strong work ethic are requiredEssential Duties & Responsibilities Prepare, kit, and issue materials according to work orders and Bills of Material (BOMs) Verify materials for accuracy, quantity, and condition before release to production Process inventory transactions, work orders, and updates in the ERP system Receive and inspect incoming materials for accuracy and damage Maintain accurate inventory counts and system records Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and material issues Fulfill urgent internal production requests quickly and accurately Communicate inventory concerns to supervisors and production teams Safely operate forklifts and material-handling equipment as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all workplace safety procedures and standard operating practicesWork Environment Industrial warehouse / production support environment Fast-paced role requiring strong organization, urgency, and accuracy Exposure to inventory systems, forklifts, production materials, and active warehouse operations Physically active role requiring standing, walking, lifting, and material movementWhy You ll Want This OpportunityCompetitive pay at $20.00 per hour Stable Monday Friday day shift schedule Great fit for experienced inventory and warehouse professionals Hands-on production support role in an organized manufacturing environment Opportunity to gain ERP and production operations experienceReady to Apply?Apply online or call/text us at 918-582-0522 for more information.You can also walk in and apply at:1531 E. 2nd St. Tulsa, OK 74120Monday Friday | 8 AM 4 PMStand-By Personnel
