Job Description

Order Fulfillment Warehouse Team Member (Part-Time, Temporary with Potential for Ongoing Work)

Location: Landover, MDStart Date: March 11End Date: May 11Schedule:

Current: 3 Days/ Week
Typical Hours: Tuesday–Thursday, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

About the Role

Fierce Staffing Services is seeking reliable, detail-oriented warehouse team members with a focus on team work, to assist with order fulfillment and inventory support at our client’s warehouse in Landover, MD.

This is a part-time, temporary position.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
Organize and restock inventory shelves.
Assist with labeling, counting, and verifying product quantities.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow direction and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Support inventory checks and assist warehouse management as needed.

Requirements

Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Must be able to follow instructions and work efficiently in a small team environment.
Comfortable with light to moderate lifting (up to 40 lbs).
Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods.
Prior warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred but not required.
Must be available during scheduled work hours and open to an increased schedule during holiday periods.

Work Environment

The warehouse does not have heat during colder months. Staff will not be scheduled onsite if temperatures drop too low for safe working conditions.
All necessary equipment and safety materials will be provided.
This position is located inside a Warehouse unit in Landover, MD.

Compensation

Hourly rate: $25/ HR
