Order Management Analyst Compensation: pay $32/hr ; benefits after 90 days; 401(k) match after 1 year (eligibility dates)

Order Management Analyst Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end order flow and support timely movement of shipments from the distribution center to internal/external customers
- Oversee service level compliance and help coordinate resources to increase touchless order processing and on-time shipment movement
- Lead communication with regional business teams and supply planning teams to resolve order issues and improve visibility to order status
- Liaise with functional teams on order status, shipping dates, and delay drivers; share updates on product availability and related issues
- Serve as a key point of contact for order management processes from order receipt through invoicing; ensure milestones are met within service levels
- Use Excel to monitor/analyze/report order errors, identify root causes, and help implement standard procedures that improve fulfillment outcomes
- Provide status updates to leadership; proactively escalate when deadlines may not be met
- Identify operational efficiency opportunities and support continuous improvement efforts
Order Management Analyst Requirements: High School Diploma/GED; attendance mandatory first 90 days
- Strong Excel skills (monitoring, reporting, analysis/root-cause)
- Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks independently
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders
Order Management Analyst Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in order management, customer order support, supply chain, or distribution-facing operations (preferred)
