Job Summary:We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Order Management, who will play a pivotal role in the analysis of multi-source data and the development of scalable solutions enhancing accurate revenue booking and reporting. The candidate will provide world-class support by collaborating across the organization and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of sales models and license agreements. Key Responsibilities:
- Support and analyze system migration efforts ensuring data accuracy across multiple platforms.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of different sales models and manage licensing agreements.
- Review enterprise sales contracts, validate terms, and provide support through email and phone.
- Perform monthly reconciliations and monitor compliance with revenue booking requirements.
- Manage workload peaks efficiently during critical periods like month-end and quarter-end.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in Order Management.
- Familiarity with software and services revenue recognition principles.
Industry Experience:
- Prior experience in financial services or technology sectors, particularly with software sales.
