Job Description
Title: Order Management Location: Rochester, NY 14610 Contract: 12+ months Pay range: $28.36/hr - $31.25/hr on w2 Shift: Day shift
- Responsible for directing and coordinating the processing of sales orders.
- Responsible for directing and managing international sales orders from booking through to payment.
- Responsible for determining if the internal organization can meet customer requirements.
- Understands, interprets, and maintains compliance with federal regulations.
- Tracks export licenses
- Prepares US Customs documentation for all shipments in compliance to ITAR and EAR regulations
- Coordinates overseas shipments with freight forwarders
- Prepares documentation for Letters of Credit in order to collect payment.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as answering customer phone calls, and uploading/editing documents on SharePoint
- Reviews and ensures accuracy of booking packages, orders and shipment documentation for the purpose of supporting international business.
