Job Description

Excellent Direct Hire opportunity for established manufacturer in the Atlanta / Doraville area.

$50,000-$60,000 / Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm

You will be the first point of contact for customers while supporting the sales team to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

Customer Service

Process orders, provide status updates, and resolve issues quickly
Handle customer concerns and escalate when needed
Coordinate with operations on delivery and quality
Track all customer interactions in HubSpot
Build strong customer relationships and drive repeat business

Sales Support

Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails
Qualify leads and move them through the sales pipeline
Prepare quotes, follow up on proposals, and help close deals
Keep CRM records accurate and up-to-date

Team Collaboration

Update sales team on account activity and opportunities
Work with Finance on pricing and credit approvals
Share customer feedback with relevant departments

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 years experience in account management, inside sales, or customer service in manufacturing
Strong communication and organization skills
Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Team player who can also work independently
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
Problem-solver with attention to detail
