Join a fast-growing, modern manufacturing company as an Order Picker in Creswell, OR, and become a vital part of the logistics team that’s shaping the future of golf equipment.As an Order Picker, you’ll be responsible for efficiently selecting and packing products, ensuring smooth operations in a lively, innovative facility. Your role will be key to maintaining organization and safety while supporting the production process.What You’ll Do As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for:
  • Order picking and packing items accurately and efficiently*
  • Following a pick list to fulfill order requirements*
  • Organizing materials on carts for production readiness*
  • Maintaining 5S standards to ensure a clean and safe warehouse environment*
  • Auditing and tracking inventory daily to support accurate stock levels
What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Prior warehouse, order fulfillment, or distribution experience (preferred)*
  • Pride in delivering quality work and attention to detail*
  • Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures and ask questions when needed*
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team*
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and sound judgment*
  • A passion for the sport of golf is a plus, but not required
