Your efforts will directly impact customer satisfaction and company success, making your day-to-day work meaningful and rewarding.What You'll Do As an Order Selector, you will be responsible for:
- Accurately pulling customer orders using warehouse equipment and technology.
- Wrapping and staging pallets to prepare for delivery, ensuring stability and safety.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment to support efficient operations.
- Following all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents.
- Using proper body mechanics and equipment to move products efficiently and avoid injury.
- Collaborating with your team to meet daily production targets and improve workflow.
- Experience in warehouse fulfillment, order pulling, or related roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 65 lbs repeatedly and stay active throughout your shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliability and punctuality to keep operations running smoothly.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Comfort standing for long periods (612 hours) and performing repetitive tasks.
- Physical stamina and familiarity with warehouse equipment are a plus.
