Job Description
Order Support CSRWe are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Order Support CSR to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working with computer systems to support daily business operations.Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and efficiency
- Draft and respond to professional emails in a clear and courteous manner
- Process and track purchase orders accurately
- Assist with inventory management, including data entry and reporting
- Utilize basic Excel functions to organize, update, and analyze data
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide product/order information in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or related field preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, sorting, data entry)
- Experience with purchase orders and inventory systems a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
