Role: Organizational Change Management (OCM) ConsultantLocation: 100% Remote (EST Hours) Duration: Contract Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant with 7–10 years of change management experience, including 3–5 years supporting enterprise-level business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead strategic change efforts, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, governance support, and organizational readiness activities to ensure successful adoption of business and technology changes. Strong communication, strategic thinking, leadership, and writing skills are essential for this role.Key Responsibilities
- Lead organizational and business change management initiatives across enterprise projects.
- Execute change management strategies, communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and readiness assessments.
- Support governance models, behavioral change initiatives, and adoption strategies.
- Partner with leadership teams and business stakeholders to drive successful change adoption.
- Identify project risks, resistance areas, and create mitigation strategies.
- Develop training materials, executive communications, and change documentation.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and change readiness sessions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 7–10 years of Organizational Change Management experience.
- 3–5 years of enterprise-level Business Change Management experience.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, communication planning, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities.
- CCMP Certification (Preferred)
- Prosch Certification
- ADKAR methodology experience
