Organizational Change Management (Ocm) Lead AI Enablement

Role Overview

• Lead organizational change management activities for enterprise AI initiatives.
• Drive successful AI adoption, organizational readiness, and business value realization.
• Develop and execute comprehensive OCM strategies for enterprise AI transformation.
• Partner with the AI Center of Excellence (CoE), project teams, business leaders, and stakeholders to support AI transformation initiatives.
• Promote enterprise AI awareness, AI literacy, and responsible AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute OCM strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communication plans, and adoption roadmaps.
• Lead change management activities across large-scale enterprise AI programs.
• Assess organizational readiness and identify potential change impacts.
• Develop and implement mitigation strategies for impacted teams and stakeholders.
• Partner with business leaders and project teams to drive AI transformation and adoption.
• Develop stakeholder engagement strategies to build awareness, alignment, and commitment.
• Create and deliver communication, training, and engagement materials.
• Develop change communications tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Drive user readiness and adoption through targeted training and enablement programs.
• Promote responsible AI adoption and enterprise AI literacy.
• Track adoption metrics, user feedback, and change effectiveness.
• Analyze adoption data and continuously refine change strategies.
• Collaborate with executive sponsors and leadership teams to secure alignment and support for AI initiatives.
• Identify resistance to change and develop strategies to address adoption barriers.
• Support enterprise transformation initiatives from planning through implementation and stabilization.

OCM & Change Management Skills

• Strong experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM).
• Develop and execute change management frameworks for enterprise transformations.
• Conduct organizational readiness assessments.
• Perform change impact assessments.
• Develop stakeholder management and engagement strategies.
• Create communication and adoption plans.
• Develop training and enablement strategies.
• Manage resistance and organizational barriers to change.
• Measure adoption, engagement, and change effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement of change management strategies.

AI Adoption & Transformation

• Lead change management for enterprise AI and Generative AI initiatives.
• Promote AI awareness and enterprise AI literacy.
• Support responsible and sustainable AI adoption.
• Partner with AI Centers of Excellence to drive enterprise AI transformation.
• Translate AI transformation objectives into actionable change and adoption plans.
• Develop strategies to help employees understand and effectively adopt AI-enabled tools and processes.
• Monitor AI adoption and user engagement metrics.
• Support business value realization from AI investments.

Stakeholder & Executive Engagement

• Partner with executive sponsors, senior leadership, business leaders, and project teams.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, alignment sessions, and change discussions.
• Communicate complex AI transformation concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Secure leadership alignment and sponsorship for AI initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent change execution.

Communications & Training

• Develop enterprise communication strategies and communication plans.
• Create executive communications, employee communications, presentations, and engagement materials.
• Develop training and enablement content to improve user readiness.
• Deliver awareness sessions, workshops, and training programs.
• Tailor communications and training based on stakeholder needs and change impacts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prosci Change Management Certification preferred.
• Experience with AI adoption and enterprise AI transformation.
• Experience supporting large-scale organizational transformation programs.
• Experience in healthcare environments is highly desirable.
• Experience supporting global enterprise transformations is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication experience.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
