Global Service Resources is looking for a contractorin Los Angeles.Job Title: Organizational Change Management Consultant 888Location: Alhambra, CA 91803Shift: 7:15 AM - 6:00 PMAssignment type: Temporary (12 monthsw/ high chance of extension or hire)Pay rate: $65-$70hourDescription:

• Manage and oversee IT projects from planning through implementation.*
• Define project scope, requirements, deliverables, schedules, and release plans.*
• Coordinate resources, activities, risks, and quality assurance efforts.*
• Present project updates and participate in milestone and final reviews.*
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and compliance reviews.*
• Support change management, security planning, training, and documentation.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive project management experience, including 3+ years in a lead role.*
• Strong knowledge of project management, risk management, QA, business process improvement, and IT systems.*
• Skilled in leadership, communication, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and team building.*
• Bachelor’s degree required (experience may substitute for education).*
• Valid PMP certification required (non-substitutable).

Additional Skills and Experience:

• Experience leading organizational change management (OCM) initiatives.*
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and readiness assessments.*
• Ability to develop and execute OCM strategies, plans, and deliverables.*
• Experience creating process maps, workflows, and documentation using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools.*
• 5+ years leading change initiatives, communication plans, training programs, and cross-functional projects.*
• 5+ years supporting project governance, PMO functions, or enterprise change efforts.*
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, Information Systems, or related field.*
• Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent Change Management certification preferred.*
• ITIL 4 Strategic Leader certification or higher preferred.
