Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, particularly focused on IT systems, software, and application implementations.
This role is responsible for developing and executing change management strategies that drive adoption, minimize resistance, and ensure successful implementation across a global organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience applying Prosci methodology, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, and leading communication and training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive OCM strategies and change plans for IT and business transformation projects
- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis across global teams
- Partner with IT, business leaders, and project teams to integrate change activities into project plans
- Apply Prosci change management methodology to guide structured change initiatives
- Lead communication planning, messaging, and stakeholder engagement efforts
- Support and coach leaders, managers, and project teams on change adoption strategies
- Coordinate training initiatives and ensure readiness across impacted groups
- Identify and manage resistance while promoting adoption of new tools and processes
- Establish and track change metrics and success indicators
- Ensure alignment of change initiatives with organizational goals and timelines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- Prosci Change Management Certification (Required)
- 4+ years of experience in organizational change management within a global organization
- Proven experience supporting IT system or digital transformation projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering end-to-end OCM strategies for global enterprises
- Multilingual (German or Spanish preferred)
- Experience working in highly matrixed or cross-functional environments
