What is the opportunity?

The Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant drives change strategies to enable successful transformation initiatives across US Wealth Management. This position requires a dynamic and experienced leader to both lead and coach successful change strategy implementation and foster increased capabilities within the organization. This role ensures executives, leaders, corporate and field employees embrace strategic initiatives, new technologies, processes, and ways of working. Rooted in a human-centered approach, the Director partners with executives to integrate change management practices into business initiatives, driving sustainable growth, regulatory readiness, and operational excellence.

What will you do?

Stakeholder Partnership & Influence

  • Design and implement change strategies aligned with business objectives, partnering with leadership to assess readiness and define success metrics.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders across functions to ensure alignment, buy-in, and effective communications throughout change initiatives.
  • Facilitate change champion networks and stakeholder workshops.

Organizational Readiness & Adoption

  • Lead readiness assessments and adoption planning for new initiatives and technologies, to enhance advisor productivity and client engagement.
  • Collaborate with Transformation, Communication and Training teams to deliver strategies that ensure smooth transitions and reinforce a culture of adaptability.
  • Measure levels of awareness and adoption through surveys/interviews.
  • Establish success metrics and conduct impact assessments to ensure adoption, sustainment, and alignment with business goals.
  • Identify and address change risks and adoption barriers, including shifts in responsibilities, workflows, data ownership, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Advisor Platforms, Technology, Compliance, HR) to align people, processes, and systems with strategic priorities.
  • Design and manage adoption reporting metrics.
  • Conduct assessments/retrospectives of change initiatives for future process improvements.

Thought Leadership & Innovation

  • Champion a human-centered, team-based approach to change, emphasizing co-creation and transparent communication.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and client-centricity across the organization.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • 5+ years of experience in organizational change management and/or transformation experience.
  • Demonstrated mastery of change management methodologies (Prosci certification preferred) and the ability to apply them pragmatically to real-world challenges.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful change strategies (e.g., digital adoption, regulatory change).
  • Deep understanding of wealth management or financial services industry dynamics and client needs.
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable navigating ambiguity, competing priorities, and dynamic environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% and work across multiple time zones.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with human-centered design, agile methodologies and technology-driven transformations.
  • Demonstrated success in building change capability within complex, matrixed organizations.

The expected salary range for this particular position is $90,000-$160,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
