Assist the Orthodontist- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment- Take and develop dental x-rays- Perform patient assessments and record medical history- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations- Educate patients on oral hygiene Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Completion of an accredited dental assisting program- Current certification in dental radiography- Proficiency in using dental software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and terminology- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to maintain strict infection control protocolsPreferred Skills:- Experience with digital imaging systems- Familiarity with dental office management software- Knowledge of dental insurance billing proceduresIf you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional patient care, we would love to hear from you.
