Job Description
Orthopedic Physical Therapist Assistant | Up to $1,330/week. Responsibilities: Provide outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist Assistant services to patients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments. Utilize functional training and clinical manual skills in patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge. Engage in continuous improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and home exercises. Skills/Requirements: Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Vermont Physical Therapist Assistant License required. Interest in professional development in the areas of functional training and clinical manual skills. Skill sets in Womens Health, Functional Capacity Evaluation, and Vestibular Rehabilitation are a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. New graduates and experienced PTAs are encouraged to apply. Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
