In this role you'll make an impact by:

• Maintain Novonesis OT systems, including hands-on system implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance

• System Maintenance: Execute routine maintenance tasks, updates, and patches on OT systems to uphold peak performance and security

• Maintain an inventory of OT assets, encompassing hardware, software licenses, and industrial equipment, ensuring proper documentation and tracking

• System Integration: Assist in the integration of new OT systems, applications, and technologies into existing infrastructure, ensuring compatibility and secure operation

• Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and technical manuals relating to OT systems, configurations, and processes

• Assisting in the design and layout of computer-based process control systems

• Coordinate and supervise the installation of process control hardware and software to assure Novonesis standards and quality levels are maintained.

• Work with production process engineers, productions managers, and maintenance personnel in developing improved process control strategies and in designing hardware and software systems to implement such strategies.

• Maintain the OSIsoft PI system to the existing Novonesis approved standard.

• Troubleshoot control systems like: ABB Sattline, 800xA problems with production staff.

• Be available on a call-in basis with other ABB Sattline, 800xA support personnel to support 24- hour operation of facility.

• Operate and maintain IT/OT firewalls

To succeed you must have:

• BS degree or AAS + 3 years relevant experience. Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Automation engineering preferred

• Familiarity with DCS programming and related hardware ABB Sattline and 800xA preferred

• Familiarity with OT software and hardware security solutions preferred

• Familiarity with Servers and Network Switches

• Familiarity with VLANs preferred

• Familiarity with Cyber Security and Nozomi Networks

• Ability to move about in the processing areas and be able to climb stairs, and ladders

• Familiarity with firewalls

• Familiarity with VMware

Location: Franklinton, North Carolina (On-site)

Expected salary range: $71,631-$98,493
