Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRNPleasant Valley | Derry, NH$50–$55/hour | PRNStern Therapy Consultants is hiring a PRN Occupational Therapist at Pleasant Valley in Derry, NH. Your work will focus on helping skilled nursing residents return to familiar activities, whether that means rebuilding self-care skills or learning a different approach to tasks affected by illness or injury.What You'll DoAssess daily living abilities, cognition, upper-extremity function, and activity tolerance to determine rehabilitation needs.Establish personalized goals that reflect residents' priorities and the demands of their anticipated discharge setting.Deliver treatment for dressing, bathing, toileting, functional transfers, and other meaningful activities.Select adaptive equipment and teach residents and caregivers strategies for managing tasks safely.Reevaluate performance, adjust plans of care, and oversee COTA treatment.Maintain clear clinical documentation and share recommendations with nursing and the rehabilitation team.What We Offer$50–$55 per hour.PRN coverage coordinated with your availability and facility needs.Unlimited referral bonus, with up to $1,000 per successful referral.Collaboration with care team members and support from therapy leadership.QualificationsActive New Hampshire Occupational Therapist license.Strong evaluation skills and practical treatment planning.Effective communication and accurate, timely documentation.Skilled nursing or post-acute experience is helpful; new graduates are welcome to apply.Apply today to join Stern Therapy Consultants' PRN rehabilitation team at Pleasant Valley.
