Windows Server administration; Active Directory; Hyper-V/Linux/VMware; SCCM/WSUS/Azure Arc; clustering; CrowdStrike/Defender; ServiceNow; ITIL,PowerShell; patching; monitoring and troubleshooting (M: architecture, hardening, technical leadership)Job Description/ Responsibilities Lead administration and support of Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022). Administer Hyper-V hosts and failover clusters, SCVMM and host-level storage/network integration Provision and decommission virtual machines; manage checkpoints, live migration and host patching Resolve host and VM availability/performance incidents; take part in RCA Execute approved upgrades and changes; maintain runbooks and CMDB Administer RHEL, SUSE, Oracle Linux and Ubuntu servers: build, configure, decommission and harden Resolve L2/L3 incidents (~138 Linux tickets/month baseline) and requests within SLR Execute OS patching and kernel upgrades within security SLAs; report compliance Manage LVM, file systems, NFS, user/sudo management, cron and system services Automate routine operations with Bash/Python/Ansible; contribute to SRE toil reduction Take part in RCA, change planning and capacity reviews; maintain runbooks and CMDB
