Otolaryngologist Opportunity – Rutland Regional Medical Center (Vermont)

Rutland Regional Medical Center is seeking a full-time Otolaryngologist to join its hospital-owned ENT practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice comprehensive ENT care in a state-of-the-art facility with a collaborative, hospital-employed team.

Position Highlights

Clinical Practice: Full-scope ENT practice with opportunities to develop subspecialty interests.
Team Structure: Work alongside one experienced surgeon and three PAs, providing collaborative patient care.
Call Schedule: Manageable 1:4 ER call rotation.
Teaching Opportunities: Potential involvement in resident or student education.

Facilities & Technology

$24 million state-of-the-art ENT clinic with integrated audiology services.
Cerner EMR with remote imaging access for streamlined patient management.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Base Salary with productivity-based incentives.
