Job Description
Tanka West Insurance is a high-performance Farmers Insurance agency in the U.S. We are currently expanding our elite remote team and are looking for top-tier Full-time Outbound Sales Associate & Support Assistants in the Philippines who thrive on the phone, communicate clearly, and love engaging with people.
In this position, youare NOT selling insurance. Your goal is to be the primary point of contact for our prospects. You will engage with them, ask a few simple qualifying questions, and then perform a warm call transfer to a licensed U.S. insurance agent who handles the actual selling and closing. You will also reach out to new customers to welcome them to the agency, ensure they are successfully set up with our digital tools and resources, and identify ways we can help them save money.

Salary Range: $900.00 per month

Responsibilities
- Make high-volume calls to prospects and new customers with a focus on high energy and clarity.
- Reach out to potential clients who previously showed interest but didnt close, re-engaging them through professional rapport-building.
- Follow a simple script to ensure the prospect is a good fit before passing them to our sales team.
- Smoothly transition interested leads to our licensed U.S.-based agents.
- Reaching out to new customers to welcome them and identify additional ways we can help them save.
- Accurately update lead status and notes in our CRM system.
- Accept coaching, feedback, and call reviews with a growth mindset
- Represent Tanka West Insurance professionally on every call
- Fluent, clear, and neutral English (must be easily understood by U.S. customers)
- 2+ years of phone-based experience (sales, appointment setting, cold calling, call center, or customer engagement roles)
- Strong phone presence, confidence, and conversational ability
- Proven ability to follow scripts and processes consistently
- Comfortable with performance metrics, talk-time goals, and call reviews
- Reliable high-speed internet, personal computer, and professional headset
- Quiet, dedicated work environment
- Able to work U.S. business hours
- Coachable, competitive, positive, and professional
- Professional references required
- Bachelors degree
