Job Description
The Keri Esmon Allstate Agency is seeking an Outbound Sales Producer to join one of the top performing teams in the area! You will be responsible for generating results through advising prospects on property and casualty insurance. We are looking for self-driven individuals who are A players and want to make a great living! Our work environment is fast paced, upbeat and results driven. Experience in the industry is not necessary, but sales experience is a plus. Our training and resources are top notch and if you have what it takes, we will take care of getting you up to speed. Your main goal will always be to put the prospects best interest first in order to properly protect them. Salary Range: $40000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Achieve production goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance.
- Prospect and generate new business via telephone, paid leads, networking, referrals, and other lead sources.
- Ensure that our agency sales process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects.
- Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly.
- Responsible for accurate underwriting.
- Ensure all documents are received and e-sIgned by prospects purchasing insurance and assist with onboarding.
- Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products and rules for our industry.
- Wiling to obtain an Oklahoma Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficient at multi-tasking, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
