Outbound Sales Representative

OnPoint CX Solutions is growing our sales team in Henderson, NV, and we're looking for motivated Outbound Sales Representative who are comfortable talking with customers and ready to learn.No previous sales experience? That's okay. If you're dependable, confident on the phone, coachable, and motivated by performance-based earnings, we'll provide the training and leads to help you get started.Why Join Our Sales Team?

• $12.00/hour guaranteed base pay + UNCAPPED commission
• Full-time position
• Weekly pay
• Paid training
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Typical hours of approximately 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Leads provided — spend your time selling, not searching for prospects
• Ongoing coaching and support

• Making outbound calls to residential customers
• Explaining available energy products and services
• Recommending appropriate solutions
• Working toward individual and team sales goals
• Accurately documenting calls and customer information in our CRM

Previous sales, call center, customer service, telemarketing, or cold-calling experience is helpful, but not required.In-Office Training + Potential Work From HomeThis position begins in our Henderson, NV office so you can receive hands-on training, coaching, and support. Once training is completed and established performance and attendance expectations are consistently met, there may be an opportunity to work from home.
