OnPoint CX Solutions is hiring a Part-Time, In-Office Sales Representative to join our growing team in Henderson, NV. This position focuses on our winback campaign, where you’ll reconnect with former customers and help secure their return through outbound sales calls. Job SummaryAs an Inside Sales Representative, you will make outbound calls to former residential customers as part of our winback campaign. Your role is to reconnect with past customers, present updated energy options, and guide them through the re-enrollment process with our client’s services. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven call center role where strong communication skills and consistency directly impact your success in rebuilding customer relationships. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and daily support to help you build confidence and succeed.Responsibilities

Make outbound sales calls to residential customers
Present energy service options clearly and confidently
Overcome objections and guide customers through enrollment
Accurately document sales activity in the CRM
Meet daily and weekly performance goals

Requirements

Prior call center or sales experience preferred (not required)
Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
Goal-oriented, competitive, and self-motivated
Comfortable working in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
Must be able to work Part-Time, Monday–Friday from 6:00 AM–10:00AM PST.
Must be able to work on-site in our Henderson, NV office

CompensationThis position offers $15.00 per hour, plus commission.
