Our client is now hiring Fulfillment Team Members – Outbound for their fast-paced distribution center in Las Vegas, NV. These are temp-to-hire positions, with the opportunity to convert to a full-time employee after 320 hours based on performance, reliability, and business need.

About the Role

As a Fulfillment Team Member – Outbound, you will work in a dynamic warehouse environment focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience. Spreetail associates thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere where every package leaving the warehouse meets quality standards and ships on time. The work requires collaboration, problem solving, and a strong commitment to safety and performance.

Pay Rate: $19.00/hr

Available Shift Times:

• 08:00-19:00 Sun-Wed

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and load customer orders with speed, accuracy, and care

• Ensure orders are prepared, packaged, and shipped on time

• Use technology and handheld devices to manage tasks and inventory

• Follow job-specific training and standard operating procedures

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) as applicable, following safety and training guidelines

• Meet or exceed expectations related to Safety, Performance, Reliability, Education, and Effort (SPREE)

• Work proactively with peers and leads to resolve problems on the spot

• Be flexible with working overtime or additional hours during peak periods

• Lift products (often up to 70 lbs) and perform repetitive physical tasks

Key Requirements

Required

• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and commitment to safety

• Ability to stand/walk for 10–12-hour shifts

• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and mandatory OT as scheduled

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Comfortable with technology (scanners, WMS systems, smartphones, etc.)

• Ability to operate Powered Industrial Trucks (training provided if needed)

Preferred

• Experience in fulfillment, distribution, or manufacturing

• Experience with WMS systems and basic Microsoft Office functions

• Experience operating High Reach, Order Pickers, Forklifts, or other PIT equipment
