Front Desk Coordinator –Part Time Weekdays only This vital role ensures a seamless experience for new patients by handling inquiries, verifying information, coordinating schedules and maintaining accurate patient records. Greets all patients with a warm welcome and excels in a team environment.We are seeking a social, kind and dependable candidate to join our outpatient therapy services! PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Primary point of contact for all PT, OT and SLP outpatients to ensure a smooth transition into our services.
- Pleasant, assertive approach to visitors, employees and phone guests, utilizing good judgement in each encounter
- Maintaining an efficient and productive working environment
- Administrative support requiring independent decision-making
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and time management
- Customer Service experience
- Knowledge of office related equipment
