Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) – $93K–$105K + Up to $12K Bonus

Location: Rexburg, IDSchedule: Monday–Friday | No Nights | No WeekendsSign-On / Referral Bonus: $5,000 Bring-a-Friend Bonus (Each)

Compensation

Base Salary: $93,000–$105,000 (DOE)
Monthly performance bonuses (up to $12,000 annually)
$5,000 Bring-a-Friend Bonus (each PT receives $5K)

What You’ll Do

Evaluate and treat orthopedic, neurological, and post-operative patients
Develop customized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
Utilize digital health and data tracking tools
Document efficiently using voice dictation software
Collaborate with PTAs and support staff
Educate patients and families on recovery plans

Qualifications

Active (or eligible) Idaho Physical Therapist license
Current CPR certification
Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
Open to new graduates and experienced PTs
