Job Description
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Status: Full-time, Day shift Incentives: Up to a $21,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates and relocation assistance for qualified applicants. Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Current New Mexico Physical Therapist License issued by the New Mexico Physical Therapy Board.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree from an accredited program in Neonatal Therapy (for CCH acute only).
- Two years of professional experience in rehabilitation or related areas.

- Strong clinical evaluation and treatment planning abilities.
- Excellent patient care and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
