Outpatient Physical Therapist

In this role, you’ll deliver evaluations and personalized treatment across a full continuum of care—all within one vibrant, on-site campus. You’ll have the unique opportunity to expand your clinical expertise while building lasting relationships with residents. All of our clients live within our community, which means no additional travel!

Compensation: Starting at $38/hour. Final offer rate will be based on years of experience

What we require:

• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license. Degree and training must meet current Medicare and state requirements.

• Ability to document services accurately and on time

• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.
