Outpatient SUD Therapist - AllHealth Network
At AllHealth Network, compassion, collaboration, and recovery-focused care guide everything we do. Our Recovery Cooperative (Co‑Op) provides integrated, trauma‑informed behavioral health and substance use services in a welcoming, shame‑free outpatient environment.
As an SUD Outpatient Therapist, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering high‑quality therapeutic services while supporting coordinated care and positive outcomes for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Provide behavioral health consultation, biopsychosocial assessments, counseling, and evidence‑based interventions to individuals, groups, and/or families
- Utilize strength‑based wellness and recovery models to support client engagement and progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure integration of services and coordinated care
- Promote optimal client outcomes through effective treatment planning and service delivery
- Complete clinical documentation to meet regulatory, contractual, and organizational requirements
- Maintain accurate, legible, and timely documentation within established timelines
- Participate in specialized training and professional development opportunities
- Perform other duties as required within the scope of the position and the experience, education, and ability of the employee
What You Bring
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Active Colorado licensure or registration as a candidate pursuing licensure
- Exposure to or experience in a behavioral health clinical setting
- Demonstrated skills in assessment, evaluation, and therapeutic engagement with diverse populations
- Experience using evidence‑based counseling models and techniques appropriate to presenting concerns
- Strong diagnostic, treatment planning, and clinical documentation skills
- Knowledge of DSM‑5, recovery‑oriented principles, and trauma‑informed care
- Ability to work effectively with electronic health records (EHR)
- Pursuit of the Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) credential is an expectation for this role

Position Details:
Status: Full‑Time
Location: Sycamore Clinic in Littleton, CO
Schedule Requirements:
- One in‑office day per week
- One evening shift per week
Compensation:
- $60,000 - $63,000 (LPCC, LMFTC, LSW)
- $69,000 - $72,000 (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
- 10% bilingual differential
- Supervision toward licensure available
- Additional $5,000 added to base salary for candidates holding an LAC
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network hiring salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks' total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives as well as a generous benefits package detailed below.
