Outpatient Therapist (LMHP LCSW) – Hybrid / Telehealth• LMHP | LCSW | LIMHP | PLMHP | PLCSW• Full-Time or Part-Time | Columbus, NE• Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus | Hybrid Schedule | Loan Repayment Eligible

6–7 sessions per day. Real support. Sustainable work.

Compensation

  • $50,495 – $84,740 depending on licensure
  • Sign-on bonus up to $10,000

What You’ll Do

  • Provide outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, and adults
  • Complete assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Deliver services both in-person and via telehealth
  • Collaborate with medical and care teams
  • Maintain timely documentation
  • Connect patients with community resources

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
  • Nebraska license (or eligible):LMHP, LIMHP, LCSW, PLMHP, or PLCSW
  • Provisionally licensed therapists are encouraged to apply
