We are recruiting for a Full Time Outpatient Therapy Aide to join our skilled team of pediatric professionals in Marlton, NJ. This position is Benefit Eligible.

POSITION SUMMARY

·         The rehabilitation aide supports the overall functioning of the outpatient rehabilitation department.

·         Cleans and prepares treatment rooms before and after sessions.

·         Maintains inventory supplies. Keeps stock areas clean and organized.

·         Cleans and organizes work areas and disinfects equipment after treatment.

·         Arranges treatment supplies to keep them in order.

·         Performs clerical functions including but not limited to the following: photocopying, answering telephones, faxing, and database input.

·         Creates, collects, and distributes any documents in assistance to the therapy team.

·         Maintains cleaning, inventory, and equipment temperature logs.

·         Performs other related job duties as assigned.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: 

·         High School diploma or equivalent

·         CPR certification

·         Computer literate

·         Strong interest in healthcare

·         Interest in working with children in a rehab setting

·         Willingness to work as part of team

·         Self-motivated

·         Strong multi-tasking skills

·         Ability to work independently or under supervision

·         Excellent time management skills

·         Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with changes in workload
