Wage Range: $83,262 - $133,224 per year
Posted wage ranges represent the entire range from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Some positions also offer additional premiums based on shift, certifications or degrees. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience, level of education and internal equity.

Job Summary:
Responsible for linking referral sources including physicians, skilled nursing facilities, adult family homes, hospitals, social service organizations, health plans and other referral sources together and with Evergreen Home Care Services (EHCS) services and management. In addition, keeping referral sources informed of the services we provide and promotion of EHCS services and assists with marketing strategies and program development.
Primary Duties:
- Initiates and maintains collaborative relationships and clear communication between the EHCS management and referral sources.
- Knowledgeable of trends in EHCS programs and in issues important to EHCS management and clinical staff
- Participates in customer service measurements and functions, collecting analyzing and sharing information with EHCS management.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
License, Certification, Education or Experience:
REQUIRED for the position:
- 3 years of experience in a marketing, public relations, pharmaceutical or medical sales or other related health care field
- Current Washington State Driver's license and proof of insurability
DESIRED for the position:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, public relations, communications or health care related discipline
