Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary
Wallwork Truck Center is in search of a great candidate for our Outside Parts Sales role! In this position, you will solicit parts business from assigned accounts. What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- Minimum one year's experience in heavy truck parts and/or sales
- Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, DOT health card or the ability to obtain one
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Ability to load and unload necessary parts
What You'll Do
- Service assigned customer on route while actively prospecting for new business opportunities
- Occasionally process core battery, warranty, and new part returns accurately and efficiently
- Follow up with customers and sales teams, coordinate returns, and provide exceptional customer service.
- On occasion, deliver parts locally to customers as needed
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment, where applicable
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending education workshops, training opportunities, and establishing personal networks
- Overnight travel is rarely required and depends on the route (lodging, meals, and travel expenses are compensated in accordance with company guidelines)
