Self-Motivated Hustlers Wanted – Build Your Career in Roofing & Exteriors Sales
Are you competitive, energetic, and ready to build something big?
This is a W2 Sales position with salary, commission, and bonus pay.
Sales opportunities (leads) are a combination of office leads, print material, and salesperson-related activities.
We are looking for driven individuals ready to hit the streets, meet homeowners face-to-face, and win business.
(Perfection NOT required, we will train you and give you the systems and tools to succeed.)
This is an outdoor, door-to-door sales role where your hustle, attitude, and drive determine your paycheck. We give you all the training, tools, and support you need to crush it, and the ones who put in the work get rewarded. Big time. This is a big opportunity for the right person!

Compensation- $60,000 - $125,000+ per year based on performance (Base pa Commission+ Bonus Structure), PTO, and Holiday pay. Phone, Tablet, Truck, and fuel provided

Responsibilities:- Team member and team building collaboration
- Build trust with homeowners
- Educate clients about roofing, siding, gutters, and exterior services (full training provided)
- Set appointments and guide customers through their home improvement options
- Manage follow-up and appointments through our CRM
- Attend weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops
- Collaborate with the production team to deliver great customer experiences
- Always represent YES Contracting Serviceswith energy and professionalism
- Strong communication and persuasion skills—you love meeting new people
- Highly competitive and goal-driven —you hate losing more than you love winning
- Ready to work outdoors and canvass neighborhoods daily
- Positive, coachable, and ready to work harder than the guy next to you
- No prior sales experience needed but is a plus —we’ll train the right person
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- High school diploma required; college degree a plus, but not mandatory
