About the Role:

Join ServiceMaster Restore 10253 as an Outside Sales Agent and be a key player in our mission to restore homes and businesses in Riverside, CA. This exciting opportunity allows you to connect with clients, build relationships, and drive sales in a rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients through networking and cold calling.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Conduct on-site assessments to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up with clients post-service.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to management.

Requirements:

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the restoration or service industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field preferred.
Positive attitude and a passion for helping others in their time of need.
