WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
You'll dispatch directly from your home and head to job sites in the field. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 AM – 5 PM with some evening and weekend appointments required to meet client needs.
As our Outside Sales Associate- HVAC Comfort Advisor, you'll work collaboratively with homeowners to design the perfect HVAC system tailored to their needs, wants, and lifestyle. You'll identify ways to improve air quality through upgrades like better filtration, humidification, UV lights, or duct cleaning-and you'll guide clients through the benefits of energy efficiency, tax credits, and overall home comfort. From eliminating hot and cold spots to sharing the environmental impact of smart upgrades, you'll serve as a trusted educator and solutionist. With high-level communication and a consultative approach, you'll walk homeowners through a journey that results in a more comfortable home and a happier life-all while continuously sharpening your skills through training and professional development.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?
- 2 years of sales experience
- Ability to educate homeowners about new systems and their benefits
- Physical ability to access attics, small crawl spaces, and sometimes roofs
- Advanced digital and technological skills
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with digital CRM dispatching
- Experience offering financing
- Experience running a 10-step sales process
- Experience with load calculation (manual J) for heat loss or gain on the home
In-home sales experience is nice, but not required to become our Outside Sales Associate- HVAC Comfort Advisor.
