This is a high-income potential opportunity backed by an established pipeline, existing client relationships, and strong market timing. The focus is on large-scale multifamily, condominium, and townhome roofing projects, offering significantly higher contract values than traditional residential work.
Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 + Commission
Earning PotentialMost of the sales team earns between $120,000 – $250,000+ annually

What You’ll Do• Manage and convert an existing pipeline while building new business• Develop and maintain relationships with:
- Property managers
- HOA boards
- Apartment and commercial associations• Attend networking and marketing events to generate leads• Deliver professional presentations and proposals• Communicate effectively and tailor messaging to different audiences

Preferred Experience• Experience selling to property managers, HOAs, or commercial associations• Background in multifamily or commercial roofing sales• Familiarity with CRM systems (AI tools a plus)
