If you’re an experienced outside sales rep who’s ready to take control of your schedule and your income—without grinding through cold calls—this might be exactly what you’ve been looking for. You’ll be doing true in-home, relationship-based sales with people who actually want to talk to you.

  • Owning your calendar and your territory so your work fits your life, not the other way around.

Who tends to be a great fit

  • You’ve got 4+ years of outside or in-home sales and a track record of closing.
  • You’re comfortable sitting at a kitchen table, having real conversations, and building trust quickly.
  • You can handle basic tech—email, simple online tools, and digital paperwork.
  • You have reliable transportation and don’t mind local travel.
  • You’re independent, organized, and like running your day like it’s your own business.
  • You’ve sold direct-to-consumer before (final expense, solar, home improvement, alarms, etc.) and enjoy in-home selling.
