Door-to-Door Sales Representative, RoofingMinneapolis / Twin Cities, MN
Our client is a fast-growing roofing company in the Twin Cities metro, known for quality work and a strong reputation with homeowners after storm damage. Demand is climbing heading into 2027, and they are building out their door-to-door sales team to keep up with it. Top producers here have real earning potential, with some veteran reps clearing six figures.
About the RoleOur client is hiring door-to-door sales representatives to canvas neighborhoods across the Twin Cities, generate leads, inspect roofs, and close sales. They are looking at candidates with direct roofing or storm restoration sales experience, as well as candidates with a proven door-to-door sales track record from other home services verticals, including solar, pest control, alarm and security, and telecom.
What You Will Do
- Canvas assigned neighborhoods to generate new business door to door.
- Inspect roofs to identify storm damage and qualify leads.
- Present pricing, close sales, and walk homeowners through the insurance claims process where applicable.
- Coordinate with the production team to hand off signed jobs and keep customers updated through completion.
- Track leads, appointments, and sales activity daily.
What You Bring
- Proven door-to-door sales experience in roofing, storm restoration, or another home services vertical such as solar, pest control, alarm and security, or telecom.
- Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- Professional presentation and communication, comfortable engaging homeowners cold on their doorstep.
- Self-starter who can manage a daily canvassing schedule with minimal oversight.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends during peak canvassing hours.
Compensation
- Uncapped commission structure based on closed job value.
- Candidates coming from a non-roofing home services background may qualify for a paid training draw during onboarding and ramp.
- W2 position.
