Job Title: Comfort Advisor (HVAC Field Sales Manager)

With over 15 years in the market, we provide HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair services to hundreds of thousands of homeowners nationwide.

About the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven Comfort Advisor (HVAC Field Sales) to join our team in Los Angeles. This is a field-based sales role where you will meet homeowners, assess their HVAC needs, and provide tailored solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in face-to-face sales, understands HVAC systems, and is confident working in a performance-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments to assess HVAC needs
Recommend and sell HVAC systems (installations, replacements, upgrades)
Prepare and present accurate estimates on-site
Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships
Handle objections and close sales effectively
Coordinate with installation and operations teams after closing deals
Manage your pipeline and follow up on leads
Represent the company professionally in the field

Requirements

2+ years of experience in HVAC sales or in-home sales
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and solutions
Proven track record of closing deals in a commission-based environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Valid driver's license and personal vehicle

Compensation

Commission-based structure (performance-driven, uncapped earning potential)

Work Structure

Field-based role covering the Los Angeles area
Flexible schedule based on appointments
Independent contractor (1099)
