- Job Type: Full-time
- Compensation: Paid training (first 3 months), followed by commission-only ($150,000–$250,000/yr earning potential)

Cenvar is seeking Sales Representatives to evaluate homeowner needs, present exterior remodeling solutions, and close business. Roofing or construction experience is not required—we train you on the industry. We are looking for strong communicators who can build trust, stay organized, and follow a proven sales process.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled appointments with homeowners to inspect exteriors (including walking roofs and entering attics).
- Recommend solutions, present clear estimates/pricing, and close sales.
- Manage your calendar, pipeline, CRM records, and follow-up diligently.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and maintain a professional appearance and vehicle.
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- Mindset: Self-motivated, competitive, coachable, and results-driven.
- Communication: Ability to connect quickly with homeowners, present solutions confidently, and ask for the sale.
- Requirements: Valid driver's license with clean record, ability to pass a background check, and high school diploma/GED.
- Physical Ability: Comfortable safely climbing roofs, entering attics, and inspecting home exteriors.
- Experience: Background in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required!
