We’re growing our Chicago Sales Team and looking for driven, competitive sales professionals who want the opportunity to earn six figures and beyond.
This is a 100% commission+ bonus opportunity designed for self-motivated salespeople who thrive in a performance-driven environment. We provide pre-set, pre-qualified in-home appointments, so you can focus on what you do best — building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing sales.

What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners through company-provided appointments
- Build rapport and identify each customer’s needs
- Present customized solutions featuring high-quality, energy-efficient windows and doors
- Prepare quotes and confidently close sales
- Follow up with customers and manage the sales process from appointment through contract
- Deliver a professional customer experience that reflects the Window Works brand
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for motivated, competitive, coachable salespeople who are driven by results and income.
Successful candidates will have:
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- A proven ability to build trust and sell value
- A competitive, self-motivated mindset
- Professional appearance and attitude
- A willingness to learn and follow our proven sales process
Home improvement sales experience is a plus, but not required. If you know how to connect with customers, overcome objections, and close, we want to talk to you.
Compensation & Benefits
- Paid training
- 10% commission+ bonuses
- $150K+ average annual earnings

Schedule & Requirements
- Full-time
- Monday–Saturday
- Sundays off
- Travel to in-home appointments, potentially up to 90 minutes from your home
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
