Outside Sales Representative – Home Improvement Sales

What We’re Looking For

We are actively seeking experienced home improvement sales professionals with a proven track record of closing deals and delivering results in an in-home sales setting in the Richmond, Va market. The right candidate is:

Highly motivated and goal-oriented
Skilled in one-call close sales strategies
Comfortable managing a consultative, in-home client experience
Eager to grow with a company that invests in its people

What You’ll Do

Run pre-set, confirmed appointments with qualified homeowners in and around Richmond, Va. (no cold calling!)
Conduct in-home consultations and present tailored solutions for exterior and interior home improvement projects
Lead customers through our proven sales systems
Collaborate with a dedicated sales support team to maximize success
Attend ongoing sales training and coaching sessions to stay sharp and competitive

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of in-home residential sales experience (preferably in remodeling, roofing, windows, or bathrooms)
Demonstrated success in a commission-based sales role
Strong communication, organization, and closing skills
Self-starter mentality with a passion for personal and financial growth
Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays (when homeowners are available)
