⚡ Bo’s Generators, a Power Support Partners company, has been trusted by Florida homeowners for over 50 years to keep their homes powered during outages - and we’re hiring an Outside Sales Representative (Power Consultant). We exist to be a LITE in the Darkness and are looking for a high-performing closer with in-home residential sales experience.
The Role
Our inside sales team provides a steady flow of qualified in-home appointments. You show up, build trust, and close. You'll also self-generate leads through referrals and local prospecting.
- Run in-home consultations
- Own your pipeline with same-day recaps and structured follow-up
- Maintain CRM accuracy and deliver detailed, clean estimates
Who We're Looking For
- Driven - You push through rejection and are obsessed with closing
- Disciplined - You live by your metrics and follow the process daily
- Humble - You take coaching, support the team, and check your ego at the door
- Experienced - Background in high-end in-home residential sales (e.g. windows, pools, roofing, solar)
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable with CRM and mobile tools
- Must pass background check, driving record check, and drug screening
