Outside Sales Representative

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving profitable growth by building and expanding strong customer relationships within the plumbing industry. You'll work independently in the field while staying closely connected to a supportive, high-performing team committed to delivering exceptional service and customer satisfaction. This role empowers you to take ownership of your territory, identify opportunities, and generate meaningful sales results.

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Minimum 2-3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in plumbing, building products, construction, commercial, or a related trade.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets, growing accounts, and driving revenue within a defined territory.
  • Experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships with a consultative, solution-focused approach.
  • Valid Drivers License

Following is a list of physical and mental requirements identified as necessary to achieve the essential functions of this role:

  • Attendance- Ability to maintain the scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location as specified.
  • Physical Capacities- Lift up to 25 pounds on occasion, sitting and standing for extended periods.
  • Operation of Office Equipment- Job requires operation of equipment common to office settings, including computers, copiers, and other office equipment, including Near Vision, Manual Dexterity, and working in proximity to equipment.
  • Oral Communication Skills- Speaking, Speech Clarity, and Speech Recognition.
  • Written Communication Skills- Writing, Reading and Written Comprehension, and Written Expression.
